CoreForge Pilates Cancellation Policy.
At CoreForge Pilates, every session is reserved just for you. Because I offer private, one-on-one appointments, last-minute cancellations leave an appointment time that is usually impossible to fill.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 12 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee, as the reserved time cannot typically be rebooked. The session will not be rescheduled or credited.

Late Arrival Policy.
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early or 5 minutes late.
To provide every client with the full attention they deserve, sessions will end at their originally scheduled time. If you arrived late, your session will be shortened accordingly so the next client’s appointment can begin on time.
No-Show Policy.
Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled session without notice will be considered a no-show, and the session fee will be charged in full. The session will not be rescheduled or credited.
Life Happens! I get it!
Life happens, and I understand that unexpected situations can come up and some things are just out of our control. If you are unable to make your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible and we can discuss options. I’m always available via text. 479-420-1315.
